So who would have a greater risk of damaging their stomach - the person who takes an aspirin a day, or the person who has 1 - 2 beers a night?

I doubt either is going to cause much problems at all really. Though taking strong doses of aspirin can have a negative effect on the kidney's, and thats exacerbated with alcohol.

Asprin is a killer to the stomach lining actually. Who knew? Supposedly, as asprin dissolves it can eat into the lining, eventually causing a peptic ulcer.
