its great ,its nice having an advantage over people for no real reason, you work with what god gave you. some poeple just happen to get everthing.

I will only say this. There is a vested interest that this thread dies because no one wants to give logical thought to the divisions of race, sex and class in the justice system. I wonder why. Is it because it hits too close to home? Is it because people just don't want to "go there"? Or is it the blind leading the blind?

I do not know. But all I can say is that it is a testament of character to have the courage to address issues like this civily. And it is equally a testament of character to answer the inquiries in the same fashion. But, people are simply too afraid of what their peers think of each other to take a chance.

I find that sad.

This has nothing to do with sex or race, it is simply for the fact that Limbaugh is a friend of the President and a right-wing voice that he is being saved. How do you think they like the fact that one of their own is being brought up as a bloated junkie?

Not very much I'd wager, especially after all of the loud words he's put out for them, him and that O'Reilly son of a bitch. So yeah, they're going to pay out the yang for this guy's reputation to be saved, and they might even have him back on the stand barking in a year or two, just because he's good at it and because the old General's clubs likes the guy.

Why, Spacedoubt? This is an excellent opportunity to explain how Republicans are wonderful people compared to Democrats, as so many posts have done before. Or perhaps, it solely shows that morals and values don't weigh high on the Republican scale as they haughtily proposed--especially during the days of "The Contract With America"?

Democrat or Republican, doesn't matter. Most of them are just rich businessmen either way. That may not apply to some of the younger congressmen and senators, but it's only a matter of time till the fall in line with the rest. The two party system is a sham, they both want the same things, power, money and control. Are are a few good politians, but they are the exception to the rule. I lost faith in the ability of our lawmakers a long time ago, but they are really bad now. They're so busy fighting to make the other side look bad, that the can't get anything worthwile done.

You have to understand the core differences between the R's and D's. The R's believe that people want a hand. The D's believe they want a handout.

Both are correct in their assumptions, btw.

Today's whites are stereotyped as either rich snobs imperious to the plight of others or as ignorant trailer trash who hate everybody not white. Surely the overwhelming majority don't fit into either profile.

But just as the elitists once manipulated the white majority to embrace their policies of racism, they now do in reverse as the whites lose their footing as majority.

So read between the lines people and put your hate in perspective. We must all stand together if we're ever to resist the manipulation that leads only to our own exploitation. "United we stand, devided we fall."

republican and white helps to continue morals left behind by knee jerk dope addict librerals who made education dissappear and crime soar. I'm a minority but to offer me drugs and poverty I have to say no thanks. Allowing any manner of give away or give back is not economical and often just another diguised bigot move. When you really give from the heart it won't say "in god we trust " or be green.
