Help I cant open the ats store& my u2us

like I said,nothing will open.
Is ther somthing rong whith this computer?

Do you have a pop-up stopper? That may be the issue.

You need to hold down the CTRL button when you click on ATS Store or U2U. Any pop-stopper will automaticly "not allow" those windows to come up... by pressing and holding CTRL, they'll be ignored, ie open.

You'll have to hold the button down roughly 1-2 seconds after the window starts to form, or else the window will appear, but not the words.
