I just spent 30 minutes on the telephone with Jaki Schechner, CNN's Internet Reporter on the "Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer".

They may be doing a segment on the 7PM EDT broadcast tonight about conspiracy theories and the internet. If they do, she's going to use AboveTopSecret.com as a source.

She was asking specifically about all the 9/11 theories, the Pentagon (cathearder's thread), in particular. I also pointed out the huge interest we have about United flight 93 that has had a resurgence in the past couple months.

In any case, she was very nice and very enthusiastic about ATS.

Oohh, this is interesting. I really hope they choose to do a segment and mention ATS. Though I'm not sure publicity for ATS would always be a good thing.

Thanks for the news though!

If CNN does run the story, would there be anyway to watch it later on?

I don't have CNN where I live.

Wow, that is awesome news! Way to go ATS!

If this happens (ATS actually makes the show), it's going to be the shnizzle.

I also hope they don't disrespect the forum for what it stands for in any way, but the traffic will be nice. Getting more hits to the 9/11 threads might help further the cause for more conclusive conclusions!

I'll try to watch!

They have "breaking news" about Rush Limbaugh so that will probably replace the ATS story, but I'll wait and see. =))) Should give a giant membership boost 10 minutes after it gets on haha. I'm tempted to record it on a tape recorder.

I'm with you..I don't get CNN either..

Is there a way someone here can put the segment on ATS for those of us that won't be able to see it?

I've seen it happen once before where the story got overshadowed. There was supposed to be a story on The Situation Room about Opus Dei speaking out, but they got overshadowed by a big blackout in Texas.

I was pretty angered.

I think the Rush Limbaugh Arrest story is going to do the same thing to ATS tonight.

I'm starting to fear it will too. And what's the big deal with that - a fat angry man hooked on pain-killers???

He's got 23,000,000 listeners a day, he's conservative and he's been arrested.

Looks like they are going to bump us with Rush.

The ATS part, if it airs, is as an "expert site" regarding the "loose change" video.

The GREAT NEWS is, ATS and my phone number are in the roladex of the CNN Internet Reporter for whenever she has questions about our topics.

this will come in handy, sooner or later...

maybe we don't really need CNN to grow...

with ATS TV in the works, this will surely boost everything about ATS for the better...
