U.S Seeks to keep evidence from 9/11 families

The U.S Goverment is attempting to keep evidence gatherd about the 9/11 Hijackings from the families of victims involved in fighting for compensation from the airlines. A district Judge ordered the Goverment to allow access to un classified documents gathered for the prosecution of Zaccaria Mousaouia, a request the U.S goverment plans to fight.



the material has been gathered over 5 years, and has been used to prosecute the so called '20th' hijacker - zacaria Mousaouia. The families of victims want to use the material in a court battle for compensation against the airlines, a request a district judge has agreed to. This is hotly contested by the prosecutors, as they feel it will impede the 9/11 investigation. Now which ever side of the fence you sit on, is it feasable that 5 years on that this investigation is still going on after 2 wars to combat the terrorists behind this event? Isn't it time the families and the people see just what the goverment have gathered? Could this release not support the war or lend credence to it? or is it because there isn't much to go on?

So. is Martial Law already decared in the U.S.? did I miss something?

The Government can´t deny a district Judge order to release evidence for purpose of investigation can they? The U.S. Government is "fighting" this decision.

Obviously its easier to cover something up when you dont let people know the full story.
