Chapter 11.

The second chance I contact with "FaLun Gong" is on the internet and other media way.

For example:there are always junk E-mails send from "FaLun Gong" in my mail box.And on the internet chat room,or the internet chat tool "QQ"(the same tool compare with MSN),there are always some "FaLun Gong" chat robot.repeatly sent the same content of what they want to tell you.

And one of my friends also tell me he even can hear "FaLun Gong" on the phone.the story is one day in his room the phone ring.and his pick up the phone, and the phone said "this is Epoch Times.....................".(Epoch Times is a "FaLun Gong" media)

And on the TV,the "FaLun Gong" can even attack the TV satellite.Sent the content "FaLun DaFa is good".damn it,they are just like mosquito fly around you.and you cann't get them away.

And i'm very curious how the "FaLun Gong" can get the ability of attacking TV satellite.how they can hack into the phone system.how they can have so much media??where did they get the technology??? where did they get the money??

Did the "FaLun Gong" anti-china group get the american people's tax money from Amrican government to anti China???Did they trained by the CIA??I seriously want to know.

can't say for sure that they didn't, but well, if they did, it's not something the mainstream american knows about.

I can relate to your misquito problem though, we have misquitos here also, only they're called telemarketers and sometimes bill collectors. they have your phone ringing off the hook, trying to sell you a wide range of useless crap, or asking you to just give your money away. now days, many of these calls are being made by people with such poor english skills I have no idea really what they want. maybe you should petition the government to set up a "do not call list" like they have here? ain't saying it will help much, we're on one, and we still get the stupid calls, but well, then you can threaten to report them.

seriously.....though. there are betters ways your government can address this one than to try to send an entire group of people to slave camps to exploit. and if they don't develope those other means, like measures against false advertising, telemarketing, fair trade practices, labor laws, pollution controls, ect. the capitalists will be much more irratating and intrusive than this group will be.

I'm still reading Transeo's links, very informative stuff:
www.falundafa.org...

And I'm looking into the CIA connections. First by going straight to the horses's mouth. I just searched their entire site and only found one reference. From 1999, stuck at the end of a report on Russia:

Russia/China:

As you know, Yeltsin is currently in China, a trip he undertook against the public advice of his doctors..... This trip is part of the development of what Russia and China call a strategic relationship.

* There is clearly a congruence of views between the two countries on a number of issues – including resistance to outside interference on what the two countries call strictly internal affairs, which for Russia means its brutal campaign in Chechnya and for China its repression of the Falun Gong.

* We expect a glowing report on the development of the relationship.

* But we do not see the emergence of a full blown alliance with coordinated positions and actions on all issues.

Not that that means much, I'm sure there's plenty they keep offline.

Govt's should stay out of religion, imo. But as an entity of the people it still has a duty to protect it's citizens from crooks and thieves. What I can't stand are the one's like George Bush who read the bible one year, and start world wars the next.

As an outsider looking in, communism is supposed to be all about the People. What it seems though, is the leaders have always gotten the spoils while the people get what they can scrape together. The leaders play by capitalists rules, while the people pull together and still get the short end of the stick.

This is why I will always support Taiwan over mainland China, and their fight to remain a democratic nation.

Zhangai, 'circle' is the shape of a wheel. As in 'circle of life'.

I see,and in chinese religion theory.there has "Six Circle".There is Deity circle. There is Human cirlce. There is AXiuLuo cirle. There is animal circle. There is ghost cirle. There is hell cirle. It's complicated to explain.basically, that means if you are a good person when you are alive. Then after you die.your spirit would go to the heaven or you will reincarnation to a very rich family. If you are a bad person when you are alive. Then after you die.your spirit would go to hell or reincarnation become animal.

PS:AXiuLuo is one of the gods name.

Now what's a bingy? Lower abdomen area of the body? The guy died trying to cut the wheel out of his bingy? yeowsers

yeah,you are right.

This is why I will always support Taiwan over mainland China, and their fight to remain a democratic nation.

well,I don't exactly know about how communism run in china in the early years.because i'm not born at that time.Technically,we don't call our political system "communism".we call it socialism.because communism is a long way to go.

But in the view of now.I think communism hasn't achieve it's goal in china.it's lack of inspire factor and cause serious personality cult.So we took capitalism instead in the 1980's.Though they still call it socialism. The system is still progressing.I don't think that Chinese leader would copy westen political pattern.they are pragmatism.the factor which would decide the future political pattern in china is depand on how good it is and how good it can adapt chinese situation.

well,Taiwan issue ia a very important thing of China.I have to admit that Taiwan is more democratic than mainland china.which wouldn't be sure in the future.Anyway, the policy of mainland china government about Taiwan wouldn't change the democratic political pattern in Taiwan even after Taiwan come back to china.the only reason about the war between mainland china and Taiwan.is the Taiwan government declare independence.

I also support the mainland china keep moving on the democratic political reform.also support Taiwan keep it's democratic political system which could be a reference toward mainland china.

But what i said above doesn't mean i support Taiwan declare it's independence. In fact,I oppose it.I hope Taiwan and mainland china can uniform peacefully without a war.

PS:Taiwan official name is "Republic of China".mainland china official name is "The people's Republic of China".they split in the 1940's in the civil war of china.

I am a Reiki Master. A Japanese form of energy therapy. I think Qi Gong is the closest Chinese equivalent.

Years ago, I heard about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
I looked into it. Why would the government promote a thing just to pull the plug
on it later?
Then, I thought of the prescription drug industry. You know how it goes...sounded like a good idea at the time, but turns out to kill you anyways, so they recall it.

and if Viagra was found to have a 50% chance of causing elephantitis of the butt, men would STILL use it until something better comes along.

From the Falun Gong intro, they claim that they don't interfere with traditional medicine, but have found less need for traditional medicine after Falun Gong. They claim there is no conflict between Falun Gong and the government. Then there is the alien reference...

The closest thing we have in the states would be Scientologists.
(I personally feel the odds are in favor or alien life, but doubt they would have much interested in this planet and even greater that an alien intelligence would be more advanced) I could be wrong...they might be watching us and deciding if we are worth the trouble. Perhaps this world is one of the universe's gems..if that's the case and they are watching, we had better shape up...they most likely won't stand by and let us destroy a perfectly good planet.

Anyway, here's the stitch, The United States and its 230 year history, with what...600 million people or so?
China - 5000+ years of history, population 1 billion?

NOw for the math....
the ratio of Scientologists to American citizens
the ratio of Falun Gong practitioners to Chinese population.
(no, I'm not actually going to DO the math...get a grip)

and if the leader is truly a fraud.....well....

I think Americans should leave this up to the Chinese.

I also don't feel we have a right to interrogate the Chinese government on Tienanmen Square as the US government has 'rudely' demanded.

Why did the Chinese government call it rude?
Let's see...cause it is rude!
I'd like to see China demand the same information from the US...about the race riots. How many were killed in transit, etc and so forth.

Our government is rediculous and the rest of the world knows it...and losing patience.

Dude, if you're still around I want you to know something .

There are a lot of people (not enough) in this country who realize that we can love our country and still disagree with our government and its cultural politics.

It sickens me to see what this country is doing to the rest of the world.
I hate knowing that many Asian women are cutting up their beautiful eyes to look more western.
I hate that babies are losing their childhoods making Nikes.
I hate that there are women selling their children as sex slaves because western men have created a market for it and they desperate for food.
Japan is facing obesity issues because they have adopted western eating habits.
Look around, do we LOOK like we know how to eat??
Don't get me started on western religion, but, where's the logic in teaching the 1+1 to a bunch of mathematicians?
We boast democracy in a country where 1% of the population owns 99% of the wealth!

I say, let China audit the United States, remove those in office who are detrimental to the growth of this country.
What???
We do it all the time!

I'm just saying..
Don't let the western world euro-nate all over your precious culture.

And would you please teach us a thing or two about humility?

China is officially an atheist state; it's my understanding that the leadership doesn't want their authority challenged by any spiritual competitors. It appears the communist party wants to eradicate falun gong practitioners entirely prior to their hosting the olympics.

"Nobody has yet come out, Chinese Government Insider Reveals.

Since the Nuremberg Trials came to a close in 1946, condemning the Nazi officials responsible for the Holocaust, it has been the common hope of the people in the world that concentration camps like Auschwitz, Buchenwald and Dachau, would never again emerge in the history of mankind. The horrifying fact is that a similar facility is at this very moment in operation in China.

The Irish Falun Gong Information Centre received shocking, detailed information on Wednesday from a Chinese Communist Party insider documenting a concentration camp set up in Shenyang city, Liaoning province, expressly for Falun Gong practitioners. The news comes on the heels of the U.S. Department of States 2005 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, released Wednesday; the report documents continued, systematic abuses of the Falun Gong in China. (full report)

Information about the camp was relayed via audio recording from a former intelligence agent of the Chinese government. It is the first time news of the secret camps existence was disclosed to outsiders. The camp is said to hold over 6,000 Falun Gong adherents at any given time, and nobody has yet come out from it alive. According to the source, it contains a crematorium, and an unusually large number of doctors work there reflecting the camps practice of killing prisoners for their organs, which are then sold for profit.

The source tried to convey the horror of what is happening in the concentration camp: Why was a crematorium built, and why are so many doctors housed there? & The answer is something unimaginable. You must be clear that a cremator for bodies is different than a burner used for sanitation purposes.

Located in the Sujiatun district of Shenyang city, the camp, dubbed the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, is surrounded by walls three meters high topped with electrified barbed wire. It is heavily fortified and said to be highly secret; locals know close to nothing about it. Those held inside are Falun Gong adherents from China's three northeastern provinces as well as central China; many are said to have been transferred there from various labor camps. CCP authorities involved with the camp have learned many things from North Korea, according to the source.

This is deeply, terribly disturbing, and confirms our worst fears: that CCP authorities remain intent on eradicating Falun Gong, and in their desperation will go to any lengths, stated EFGIC spokesperson Mr. Gerald O'Connor. We need to be clear that the persecution has not gone away it has merely become darker and more hidden.

The Chinese government source spoke at length about the unlawful harvesting of organs in the Sujiatun facility. If Falun Dafa practitioners are sent to Sujiatun, he said, they have no chance of coming out & The CCP won't let a prisoner consume food forever. So what are they up to, then? & the Falun Dafa practitioners are killed for their organs, which are sent off to various medical facilities. Organ sales is now a highly profitable business in China.

They can't find enough bodies through executions, and no bodies are more readily available for this business than those of the [Falun Dafa] practitioners,he stated.

Warning signs have surfaced in recent months.

Last June CCP authorities reportedly held a crisis meeting in which China's deputy minister of Public Security, Liu Jing, was assigned the job of stamping out Falun Gong before the Olympic Games in 2008,according to the Paris-based Intelligence Online. Several reports have stated that authorities wish to use the Olympics as a pretext to deepen their assault on the Falun Gong.

This past January, Chinese officials similarly announced a new campaign that would supposedly sabotage activities of cult organizations as part of a complex struggle against enemies, according to a Reuters report. Past campaigns to strike hard have resulted in upwards of 10,000-plus executions in a single year, say human rights groups.

Word of concentration camps for Falun Gong practitioners has circulated for several years. An October 1, 2000, report by Agence France Presse told of two concentration camps having been recently built, both specifically for Falun Gong detainees. The camps were said to have been built in northwest and northeast China, and been capable of each holding up to 50,000 persons.

An October 6, 2000, report on Minghui.net stated that a concentration camp, expressly for the Falun Gong, had been built in the remote northwestern province of Xinjiang. Chinese sources report seeing Falun Gong adherents shipped off on trains to the Xinjiang camp. Little to no information on the secretive camp has emerged. No one to date is known to have come back from the camp.

Stated Mr. O'Connor, International media and governments around the world must pay attention to this and take active measures to investigate the concentration camp and put a stop to this barbarity and madness. We are calling for all possible support from international organizations. There must be accountability in China. If this is the price people are paying for our silence, it is chillingly tragi

Background
Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa (about), is a practice of the Buddha School, consisting of meditation and exercises, with teachings that emphasise living by three principles: truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Originating in China, Falun Gong is now practised in over 70 countries countries. With Chinese government estimates of 100 million China practising Falun Gong in China, in July 1999 the Chinese Communist Party-state launched a nationwide, violent campaign to eradicate the practice. The Irish Falun Gong Information Centre has verified details of 2,840 deaths and over 44,000 cases of torture (Reports / Sources)."

China has had many cultural purges under communism. Perhaps the reports are exaggerated. Even so, they are not out of character with the precedents of the last hundred years in China.

I'm sorry if these reports are viewed as anti-China propaganda by some. If they are not true, than why not officially refute them with open tours of said camps. Instead the response is to call falun gong a dangerous cult.

The falun gong practitioners where I live charge no fees for classes on learning their meditative techniques.

I haven't seen any reports saying the falun gong of China are dangerous dissenters within that state, just an undesirable philosophy to official party stance.

America doesn't seem terribly interested in addressing the issue of falun gong or the possibility of wide-spread administrative murder of their followers. China is a popular trading partner, and capitalists don't want to alienate that massive market due to the increasingly passe issues of justice and respect.

Marx criticized religion as an opiate of the masses - manipulated by those in power to discourage uprising and the questioning of authority. 'Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth';'The poor you will always have with you'; 'It's better to suffer than to enjoy inflicting pain', were just some of the idealogues cited as justification for the condition of the proletariat.

The conflict between authority and populace is as old as written history. In the west, Socrates is often cited as an early example. Totalitarianism is increasing all over the world, as is apt to happen when wealth and power is more and more concentrated into the hands of the few.

Here in Ontario, Canada - when the conservatives were voted in, they slashed funding for education. They did have enough money to replace all the text-books with some published in America. These American texts taught that Socrates killed himself because he couldn't follow the law.

The true story is that he was given a death sentence because Socrates argued that man had a higher conscience, and if this conscience was at odds with state law, man had a responsibilty to follow his conscience. People had a duty to follow what they felt was right and good over and above state laws, if the laws were wrong.

When he could not sway the authorities that his argument was correct, they gave him a death sentence. As an aristocrat he was given the choice of suicide by hemlock or execution. True to his noble nature he chose suicide.

Inherent in the American texts is the underlying bias of state authority. I can't help but recognize the same inversion of Marx's original intent with religion in present Chinese opposition to Falun gong. Used more to oppress than free the proletariat.

A government that truly represents its people doesn't have to resort to killing them to maintain its authority. Colonialist England's robber barons pale in comparison to the concentrations of wealth being made by global privatization. China's embrace of free market economics and stalinesque style communism is a bitter dissapoinment for the poor and working class the world over. Now is the time for Marx's vision of globally united proletariat demand for justice and respect.

Perhaps there is still hope that a middle ground beneficial to all the worlds people will still be met. The evidence of China's draconian rule involving organ harvest of undesirable citizens in conjunction with America's increasing corporate fascism is not encouraging.

Um, we have 300 million people. Are you sure you live in the US? lol

I think Americans should leave this up to the Chinese.

You mean so we can get criticized for not doing anything to stop persecution? Should we have let Nazis (which we did and are criticized for doing), to kill Jews in concentration camps? I mean it is "up" to them, and it is "their right" to put falun gong members into camps and harvest their organs. How can you be a Reiki member and know this and say it is up to the Chinese. If you were the people, you would want someone to stop it. It is the 21st century, this shouldn't be happening.

I also don't feel we have a right to interrogate the Chinese government on Tienanmen Square as the US government has 'rudely' demanded.

You are right our government should mind its own business most of the time. But it will be blamed on us eventually because we DIDN'T question anything. That is how it is always.

The Chinese don't have to demand information on anything, they can just watch the news.

There are a lot of people (not enough) in this country who realize that we can love our country and still disagree with our government and its cultural politics.

There are plenty that know that. Maybe the people who agree with the government actually I don't know, agree with them? And the people who don't, make their opinions known.

Oh boohoo, it is all America's fault. Those darn American corporations. Providing jobs to countries where the people would have no work at all. And if people hate American culture so much, maybe they shouldn't EMBRACE IT.

Why not just learn it by moving to China if you think it is so precious and the government is so much better...? Obviously America is the evil of the world, so why don't you move to China if they are full of humility? Of course, you will probably like it there until the government decides to persecute reiki practitioners!

I think globalizations selling point - that it will lift the rest of the world out of poverty - is a little cynical, considering the next in line super-power is a communist country that harvests the organs of its undesirables; siezes land illegally from poor peasants. The revolt in Tai Shi, showed how the power-structures of the communist party have begun to resemble power-structures in the west. The rich guy has the power and to hell with all the rest.

I respect a great deal about Chinese culture. I would love to visit China. I respect and love a great deal about America too, that doesn't prevent me from recoiling from gross injustice. Humility is the freedom to know that all your mistakes and worst attributes are not yours alone, but a shared legacy of humanity. The people of the world should demand justice for all, because if not - it's only a matter of time until you're next.

Since its public introduction in May 1992, Falun Dafa has attracted over 100 million practitioners worldwide in just ten years. Falun Dafa cultivation emphasizes that one should conduct oneself according to the principle of "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance". Regardless of gender and age, regardless of nationality and race, every practitioner who persistently cultivates his/her heart and practices the exercises has benefited tremendously. Constant diligent cultivation has brought significant changes to many practitioners in both physical conditions and moral values. At the same time, Falun Dafa is gaining worldwide understanding and appreciation, especially in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.
