1. Where do I learn about hypnosis. The internet search engines never give the right results for me.
2. What is the quickest way to build muscle strength, not size, and do as little work as possible. No idea will be turned away from thought.

As for muscle streangth, i dont have one thats not much work but this will build you into a muscle endurance tank: official navy seal workout-i plan on starting it after i get my lifeguarding license.

Muscle endurance like how long you can work your muscles for without getting tired. Tha'ts different from muscle strength, muscle strength is how much you can lift.

Well, it is the strength I need to build. Any thing that doesn't require doing much actual work. Just anything.
