A man named Nafi Elezi has been charged with conspiracy, human smuggling, fraud and forgery in Manhatten Federal Court in the US. Apparently Mr. Elezi was doing this over a period of nearly 5yrs. The article states that most of the immigrants were from the eastern european countries of macedonia and albania. It farther states that they flown from Europe to South America and Mexico for further transport across the Mexico-US border or flown from Cancun to Miami.

A Macedonian man suspected of leading a gang which smuggled hundreds of people from Eastern Europe to the US has been extradited to face prosecution.

Investigators say Nafi Elezi, 42, charged up to $16,000 (£9,000) to bring immigrants from such countries as Macedonia and Albania to Texas.

Most of them were brought in by an indirect route through Western Europe, South America and Mexico.

This is unfortunately just the tip of the iceberg. I doubt this guy is the only one doing this and theirs nothing saying they will have to transport europeans. When will our government wake up. The threat isn't the Mexicans its the Islamic radicals in europe that are know finding it more difficult to enter the US legally. We've got to put that wall up on the southern border and one on the northern border as well. We need to take immigration more seriously. We've never had to do this before. We've always been an open country but that was before people came here to kill us. Time to take action people.
