Shiloh

Last night I dreamt of standing in Shiloh
The waters around me swirling and white
The sky was dark with an electric glow
No sun, no moon, in darkness was daylight

Before my eyes our world became un-made
And God, Himself, reached out and turned the page
Revealing that which had underneath laid
Appointed before the start of this age

I had no fear of being swept away
For I stood upon rock, not melting clay

taking after Coleridge i see. well i hope you were not dreaming while on opiates ha . this sonnet was clever to say the least. I love the imagery presented with god turning the pages and you being stable on the rocks rather than being swept away on the melting clay
