This is really something to keep an eye on - terrorists intimidating Mexican LEOs. Going so far as to decapitate a police chief and a subordinate,
and leaving the heads in the street outside a government building with a message demanding respect.

Pretty serious stuff. Some folks already consider the Mexican army and LEOs compromised, this can't help matters much.
