I wonder if having the 3rd largest oil reserve in the world as anything to do with Condoleeza Rice having a photo shoot and describing Teodoro Obiang Nguema as a "good friend".

Yeah but she works for Bush - possibly the no 1 dictator on earth - so i guess she'll lose no sleep at all - AND she just loves the UK's Tony ' the phoney gives honours for cash to cronies' Blair, also ranking within a top 10 of dictators.... Even the chinese laugh at the amount of cameras within the UK.....
