Chavez moving to cut US out of Oil.

I'm not going to say very much about the politics going on but lets just say for what American Influence has done in South America, the nation state and dictatorship building that has gone on under supervision of multinational corporations; I don't blame the majority of South America for doing what it's doing now. All those wounds from the past.

Chavez appears to be there best shot when it comes to actually building a decent way of life for the millions of impoverished. The movement is just too strong and their thirst for a fight is as desperate as they live. Their moral is strong and unity is unbreakable.

This is going to trigger a resource war. Condosleeza Rice has even said things that have hinted of a future action against Venezuala in the past.
