San Francisco Chronicle Says "Whole Country" Saw Plane Hit Pentagon!

Now this is what I call outright rediculous! The San Francisco Chronicle says everyone in this country saw a plane hit the pentagon. Now I'm sorry. I didn't see a plane. Did any of you?

Then there's the theory that the Pentagon was hit not with an airplane but by a missile.

Never mind that the whole country witnessed the horrific sight of planes flying into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and eventually heard the heartrending cell phone calls and cockpit recordings from Flight 93.

Did anyone see a plane on tv hit the pentagon. That's the only way the "whole country" could've seen it. I didn't. The Chronicle IMO outright lied.

It's a good thing they list her e-mail address at the bottom of the article. I recomend we all tell "Cinnamon" what we really think. The article is weak to say the least.

I read your article in the SFGate. I don't want to sound harsh, but I believe you are ill informed on the subject. Essentially, your only argument is that we all saw the planes fly into the WTC and the Pentagon (There is no video evidence of the pentagon strike by the way). That issue is not in dispute in regards to the WTC. The issue in dispute is that the buildings collapse defy the laws of physics. If it were only the planes that brought down the buildings, then they would have fallen in a very different way, rather than in their own footprint. As for WTC7, there were only fires reported on floors 6-7, and another insignificant fire on one of the higher floors. Without getting into too much detail, I'll say that no modern building would fall from the types of fires described in the NIST report.

My question for you is have you actually read the reports of the MIT engineers and physicists claiming controlled demolition? Have you read the NIST, and 9-11 commission reports? Have you done the research necessary to make an objective article on the topic? My biggest concern is that those in the news media are not practicing due-diligence in reporting stories, but rather are taking the easy route and retelling the same story without investigating for themselves. Please, if you are going to belittle the efforts made by respected scientists and engineers, please do it by disproving their work rather than calling them conspiracy theorists. At this point I have heavy doubts that you even visited the websites you posted as conspiracy sites.

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but that part of your article is false.The whole country did not witenss a plane flying into the Pentagon.
Those who go online saw 5 frames from a security cam of a fire ball and nothing more.

Uh.......no it is not.
Yes we saw planes hit the two towers.But we did NOT see a plane hit the Pentagon.If you have a link to video showing a 757 hitting the Pentagon, please give it.If all you have are the five frames, sorry to say, there is nothing in there that shows a 757 Boeing.

I was on the air when the first "aircraft" hit the first tower, watching live when the second struck, but there was never any footage to my knowledge that showed a 757 striking the pentagon! Which is rather interesting since you would think that one of the most secure and sensitive buildings on the planet didn't catch anything on security camera(s)!

The first reports we recieved were that a small plane or private plane had struck the WTC. No footage on that until later and blurry so...

It took me years to even look into the conspiracy theories concerning 9/11 because I watched it live...shock skews perspective. I now believe that it was an inside job from the git-go...and this was after months of personal research not just swallowing someone elses opinion. An open mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I wouldn't bother with fueling her ego with e-mail bombing or such as it seems she uses them as trophys to show the world what an outstanding citizen she is.

Uh, we have? I watched all the major networks on the day of 9/11 and never saw a plane hit the Pentagon. If you're referring to the five frames, alot of people I've talked to in my area say they've never seen those either. So the article is incorrect. Besides, I don't clearly see a 757 in those five frames.

We did end up seeing two planes though.Yes only ONE live, but later we saw the first one hit from film footage recorded earlier.
But NEVER did we or have we seen a 757 hit the Pentagon.
All we got were 5 'altered' security cam frames.

I only saw one plane hit the WTC. The second one. Did anybody actually see the first plane hit the other WTC Tower? Was it caught on camera? I have never seen footage of the first plane to hit the WTC.

I saw the inchage of the purported Flt. 77 impact on the Pentagon. It is impossible for me to believe that was a jumbo jet. Impossible, and that is saying a lot, because I believe a lot of things most people wouldn't.

It seems that you are now attempting to goad the public into responding harshly, and then placing them in your "Fan mail from the far left" section. What ever it was that hit the Pentagon - it was Small - like Sesna sized. It was DEF NOT 747 Commercial Airliner sized. It could have been a Missle or UAV. In any case the Mainstream Media has been caught red handed LIEING about the events that actually took place on 9/11/2001 - YET AGAIN!!! It makes me *SICK* - it smells like a Cover Up to me!

Nope. I've seen blurrs on security camera stills but that's it. Blurrs don't = 757s in a logical world. There was no media there filming and the good tapes have yet to be released.

Seriously. Where in the hell have you been for the past 5 years man? The lack of video footage is a key issue with the Pentagon stuff. I don't necessarily believe it was anything other than a 757, but still, you must've forgotten that people can cross-reference you on this one. You have to be careful when you come on here and just post whatever you feel like and assert it as fact: if it's something that can be double-checked, you're screwed.

I'm not forming any opinions until the tapes are released, but no, I didn't see any plane hit the Pentagon on 9/11.
