San Francisco Chronicle Says "Whole Country" Saw Plane Hit Pentagon!

I read your article in the SFGate. I don't want to sound harsh, but I believe you are ill informed on the subject. Essentially, your only argument is that we all saw the planes fly into the WTC and the Pentagon (There is no video evidence of the pentagon strike by the way). That issue is not in dispute in regards to the WTC. The issue in dispute is that the buildings collapse defy the laws of physics. If it were only the planes that brought down the buildings, then they would have fallen in a very different way, rather than in their own footprint. As for WTC7, there were only fires reported on floors 6-7, and another insignificant fire on one of the higher floors. Without getting into too much detail, I'll say that no modern building would fall from the types of fires described in the NIST report.

My question for you is have you actually read the reports of the MIT engineers and physicists claiming controlled demolition? Have you read the NIST, and 9-11 commission reports? Have you done the research necessary to make an objective article on the topic? My biggest concern is that those in the news media are not practicing due-diligence in reporting stories, but rather are taking the easy route and retelling the same story without investigating for themselves. Please, if you are going to belittle the efforts made by respected scientists and engineers, please do it by disproving their work rather than calling them conspiracy theorists. At this point I have heavy doubts that you even visited the websites you posted as conspiracy sites.

After visiting your website, I realize that sending the email I sent was just what you wanted. You probably only write for the SFGate becasue you have your conservative points of view. It seems that you are now attempting to goad the public into responding harshly, and then placing them in your "Fan mail from the far left" section. Unfortunately I fell for it, and may end up there myself. Now that I understand your situation, I am less inclined to believe that you actually think the way you write, and are most likely doing it to keep your job. With the Bush economy who could blame you. With that said, we're all just squirrels in this world. Go get your nut Cinnamon, go get your nut.
