Russian give finacial aid to HAMAS!

So just who's side the Russians are on has been made perfectly clear.

The West have said that till HAMAS recognise Israels right to exist they will get no aid what so ever to fund Palestien. So the Russians just broke away and have said they will fund them.

Ok so first they try to get all cosy with iran, and now they are getting into bed with HAMAS??!! just what are they trying to achieve?

This shouldn't be a surprise at all. Russia is friend to no other country. They have a long history of funding terrorists. They will fund Hamas and get their money right back with arms sales to them.

So does the united states! We funded the mujahideen. All governments fund terrorism when there is benefit for them. We still fund Israel the biggest terrorist of the world. One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter.

AWESOME Dirty Devil Awesome. And hes right....every nation supports terrorism, with the exceptions of Maybe Sweeden, Denmark, and Finland. But they dont count.

Butthat being said GO RUSSIA. I think that in the long run history will remmember who helped Hamas and Who didnt. I do not support ANY form of Global Extremism...Hamas has tried to make a new Palestine..and got nothing but gruff from the Western world cause everyone is afraid of the Jews and thier ANTISEMETIC rhetoric that they yes they it nearly all of the Jews...every single one ive met including my friends who are jewish have these feelings....sociologically it make sense...but thats off topic. Russia is doing the right thing supporting a fledgeling government that has the possibility of bringing peace to that lil acridic part of the middle east.

Shame on my country, The US, and shame on Isreal for once again proving that they havent gotten over the fact that no one came to bail them out of the Internment camps until the US showed up. What happened sucked...but not funding a new government and even worse pulling all funding and then forcing your allies to do the same is just wrong.

The only reason i brought up Isreal is because the Russians arent affected by them Hence the reason i believe they are still funding Hamas...that and the Arms sales...Russia is a devious lil minx from time to time. GO RUSSIA!!

Russia has been at the very cutting edge of trying to destroy the United states and the west for nearly 70 years, and all you can say is go russia? Did this honstely suprise anyone? really.the russians have been supplying weapons to hamas and mot of the other middle east terrorist orgonazations since the beggining. they have more weapons than god and are low on income what are they going to do? sell them. but now more than ever it is quite obvious that the russians are not our allies.

Then you must have missed where Stalin and Hitler made a Pact (Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact) to divide and conquer Poland in 1939, huh? Though the Pact was officially considered a non-aggression agreement, there was a secret protocol in it that, for all intents and purposes, rendered it an aggressive military alliance. That Pact was maintained till Germany attacked Russia in 1941.

As has already been mentioned, not too surprised by this move made by the Kremlin. Our friends, the Russians, have been making a habit of late to undercut US and Western European efforts to thwart or combat terrorism. Considering that international pressure was about to have an effect on Hamas--Hamas making noises about recognizing Israel, etc--Russia steps in and basically allows Hamas off the hook.

Furthermore, are you aware that no Arab country, other than Persian Iran, had or has stepped up to aid or fund Hamas, yet your running off into the wild blue yonder over the US not helping Hamas, etc? Please. Just goes to show you, as with others, just what the Arabs 'brothers' think of the Hamas government and the plight of their Palestinian 'brothers', eh?

But, hey---Russia to the rescue, good for them. The Russians are playing regional power politics and weapons deal arrangments games. One would have thought they would have learned from Chechnya or from Beslan...I guess not.....yet.

Let me get this straight....

The US and many other nations have been helping the Palestinians (not just those in Israel) for almost a half-century and are still providing humanitarian aid to the people under the PA despite Hammas.

The World Bank is currently providing funds to the PA for public services and is still predominately funding education, clinics etc. in conjunction with UNRWA for Palestinians living outside of Israel as well.

World Bank Approves US$42 Million to PA

UNRWA which is specifically set-up for Palestinian’s (aiding 4.0 million+)

Who are the major contributors to UNRWA? The US, EU, UK and Sweden. Notice the entire shameful absence of any Middle Eastern countries, oh...and of course Russia...(you don't get much "good" press out of helping the people just the high profile governmental bodies)

Don't be so quick to discount the US's contributions.

Russia does the same thing America does, so do not get so bent out of shape. At least we (the Russians) did not have to lie to get into space history. And it was said earlier that Russia is a friend to no country, Russia and China are great friends, by the way. Come on, Russia does not deserve this hostility.
