I just saw the movie Scary movie 3 for the 500st time or somthing and in the movie there talking about '' What if alliens can go into human body's? ''
Can alliens go into human body's?

Of course they can. Just like any bug or insect, or larvae can. Mind control, if that what you think would be technical possible to _some_ level. Although absolutely not as in Zombie-controlled-mode!

Do a search on mind-controlling bugs if you want to read more into it. There are some that can take over ants to a very high degree.
