Here in Ottawa Canada, at 04:05 (April 12) and continuing, we are experiencing a blackout of all CNN media feeds. Only CNN channels have gone black,
all other feeds are coming in clear.
CNN feeds blacked out are CNN Headline channel, CNN world news, and other CNN feeds.
Not sure if this was intentional on their part, sabotage done to them, or technical difficulties CNN wide.
Could anyone fill me in on what has transpired on CNN media channels during 04:05 and beyond... its currently 04:15 now, the channels are still
out.
Not that I dont have other news sources... but seeing all CNN feeds black out at the same time has peaked my curiosity.
Ah... good old reliable BBC... youre allways there for me.

Its now 04:54 GMT-5, and all CNN broadcasts are still black.
Its been too long to be an accident to my understanding. Something like this would be fixed pretty quickly, at least within 20 minutes.
Whats being covered at the moment on CNN?

05:15 GMT-5 Over an hour now of blackout from all CNN sources.
All other news sources (CBC, BBC etc) are running fine, with no real interesting news at the moment.
Oh well... I'm going to bed. I'll check tomorrow to see whats happening on those broadcasts. Still dont know why all CNN sources would be blacked
out at the same time.

Yeah, it must have been a transmitter site that screwed up. I've just never seen a transmitter site that carries only CNN broadcasts... usually they
piggyback other signals to make/save money.
Anywhoo... oh yeah. You in saskatchewan, take care eh? They've got a flood warning for the northeast... if thats where you are.

A thought:
Maybe CNN is being cleaned in certain markets...
CNN is the only reputable link on the Charlie Sheen 9-11 interview...
Dont bother searching Google for anything about it, as it is being googlebombed to prevent any such searches from returning links to "9-11"
interview data...
But you can find all the links regarding every boneheaded thing Sheen has ever done/said besides that particular interview...
Funny huh?
Something wierd is going on, and maybe it has hit CNN in some areas also...
just a wierd paranoid thought...

Look at the links BH...
you proved my point...
they may all have "9:11" or somesuch, but they are not related even remotely to the actual interview in question... or to the Alex Jones
interview...
they are googlewording all such references out...
Type the very same words you used to get those worthless Hollywood reference links into Yahoo...
and wala... you get nothing but 9-11 comments made by Charlie Sheen...
Point made! I just want to know who is doing it...

And it's playing right now. Alex Jones interviewing Charlie Sheen. I don't know what you're talking about. Sorry.

Ok, then we have a problem...
the first link on the page you searched comes up
"http://www.tv-now.com/stars/csheen.html" with a complete list of his tv and movie history
WTF?
why would be be getting totally different results WHEN I AM USING YOUR LINK?

Its probably some sabotage in some markets- I know Lou Dobbs has been told to "shut up" many times.

That is Totally weird! The OP is in Canada. Are you in Canada?
I can't imagine why you're getting some crap about movies and I'm getting Prison Planet by clicking on the same link... TOO weird!
But then... your internet connection goes through the NSA now....

I get prison planet as the first link.
Partitioning information to prevent dissent from ever reaching critical mass, that's a viable strategy, is it not?

BH and i are onto something...
I live in Amerika which would probably explain it...
Google seems to be selectively censoring searches...
we were looking at the exact same link, but i got totally different results
BTW... i didn't type in the same words... i JUST PUSHED BH's LINK!
which, should have resulted in the same results...
I will consult other Americans to see what they see
the first 5 links I see are:
first:
second
third
fourth:
fifth:
Which are apparently NOT what our Canadian (and perhaps other Americans) friends are seeing...
