Do you know what these patches are for and do we need to update right away? I've heard of people who didn't like service patch 2 for XP. Thanks.

Are you serious? What planet have you been living on? Update man!! Use XP SP2.

If your not updating your windows on a regular basis your leaving yourself completely vulnerable. If putting SP2 on your system is causing a problem, I assure you its not with the SP2, its with third party software thats on the system which is having a conflict with it. If this is the case, Sp2 is more important and should pull reign.
