New to Forums but not ATS

Hey all, i found ATS way back like 6 years ago before anything happened with 9/11. I just recently joined the forums after lurking for so long. Lot of good stuff has been posted. I thought it was finally time for myself to start posting and commenting on ideas. Anyways, i wanted to say hi.

If I can ask, why did you stay as a non-registered lurker for so long? Wasn't it annoying having those pop-ups and seeing so many more adds? And not getting to see the avatars properly and all those other great graphics??
