I wasn't sure to put this in here or in "scientific" I might put it in there too if that's ok, unless I get lots of good replies here.

I have for a good many years seen things in blue sky, I first noticed when I used to ride a motorbike.

It really only visible when looking into the sky, I've tried and failed in other scenarios (indoors or outdoors looking at the grass), I can just about see them indoors when looking at a lamp shade with a bright light.

What I see is lots of tiny white dots (or tiny arrowheads) "swimming" about or "flying" about. These dots don't always go in straight lines they change direction and go all over the place.

Just wondering if you see them too, try it outside in a blue sky, and report back here.

What do you think it is? I have had ideas that it might be the earths energy and I wish one day to find a "source" say a stone circle like stonehenge where I see millions of them all coming out from or going into the centre of the circle, but all I ever see is them swimming/flying randomly around.

To give you an idea of what it looks like look here
video.google.com...
and move the counter immediately to 20min28sec and let it play from there, I'm not saying it's UFOs I'm merely showing you something that it looks like. oh and they are going much faster than this 2 or 3 times faster.

I think your talking about cells going across your eye ball and you can see them more clearly agasint the blue sky than you would grass or somthing like that , no? please corect me if iam wrong

You could be correct, but if you're right everyone should be able to see them except those with bad eyesight maybe.

pretty sure u r right.doctor calls them floaters. i went for check up with a specialist as i was working with laser light sources when i saw similar things. theyre tiny tiny'sometimes single' blood cell leaks into the eyes.nothing dangerous or mysterious.i still have perfect vision..but it,s kinda fun trying to get them to pass directly in front of the lens if u r really bored.try a uv light source'lamp or sun' n stare without focusing towards a white surface'NOT THE LIGHT SOURCE'. u,ll actually see the cell shape but darker. cool.... DOH!!!! I NEED A LIFE

yeah. i was freaked out too.especially when i could make out a cluster of cells. u automatically think the worst...going blind. cancer in the eyes.been zapped by the laser n its fried my retina n stuff

they are not floaters. floaters look like amoeabas and are actually part of your eyeball.

i have seen what you see and i reckon its orgone energy. i think the chemtrails create it as i did not see them when i was little before the chemtrails started. it looks like little bright dots of light dancing all over. they usually go in like a spiral as they are coming towards you.

Floaters are black in color! These little balls of energy I call them - about the size of 1/2 a pea I will say, or smaller yet, are clear and somewhat slight silverish glow to them. Yes, they dance sporadically all over - but not to far from you. If you hold out your hand, they will gravitate to it!
I never talked about it when I was young, I thought it was normal, and that everyone saw these! Finially my best friend mentioned it, and we asked several other friends who said they never saw what we do!

My son and daughter also see them, but my Husband does not! So not everyone see's them! We only see them outside!

I see these little white dots too, I heard there white blood cells. I happen to have glasses and still see them even without them! And another 'trick' is to stare at a portrate (for example) and it begins to dissapear.

you know if you've read brave new world you might hate the society at first, but in the end the best way to be free is to see it as good. who knows if the chemtrails or some technology creates these energy balls, but you must admit they seem to be good energy.

entopic phenomenon...???

www.eye-floaters.com...

hope this helps too. where i do have a very open mind ,this just seems like the most likely cause as everyone can potentially see this.i just really don,t think it,s anything to do withe the paranormal. cheers

I've had floaters, and these arent them.

Makes you wonder what other types of "life" exist out there that we cant understand.

Agent T's link describes them perfectly. And his link says they are not floaters, but blood cells within capillaries.

They are pinpricks of light randomly swimming all over the place. They can appear bigger and more blurred but you can focus in on them until they become pin pricks of light.

I'm not sure I am happy with the explanation because the vessels are fixed on the retina whereas these things swim randomly crossing each others paths and not as far as I can see repeatedly following the same path.

I am very open to the idea that it is a phenomenom linked with the eyes rather than linked with something external which we have not discovered yet. But I would like for proof positive evidence. It seems to me the eye doctors have just come up with an invented solution for what they are with no actual proof, just a guess in other words.

Good to hear lots of people see them too, I enjoy watching them on a summers day.

you,ve 'had' floaters???
unless i,m very mistaken once you have them you always have them.short of a very serious and dangerous operation i was told that i am stuck with them all my life.it consists of draining the fluid from the eyeball and replacing it with saline solution.please if you have found a miraculous cure let me know.while i am kind of attached to them i,d still prefer to not have them.thanks

Agent T,

If you think these pinpricks of light are floaters I think you and your doctor are mistaken, your last link given made it clear these are not floaters. You mentioned seeing a "cluster of cells" this would suggest what you have *is* floaters but is not what I see and not what is described on your last link.

Can you try to describe what you see please? Can you focus on your floaters?

What I see is (when focused) tiny pin pricks of white light swimming randomly through blue sky. And also if they are floaters inside the eye fluid or white cells in the capillaries, why can I focus on them? surely you can only focus on something in front of your lens ...i.e. outside your eye.

I have also "seen stars" like when you stand up too quickly stars are different in that they are much brighter, bigger (but still small), and travel slowly in one direction, they do not turn corners and do loop the loops.

Another thing is when you see a bit of dust on your eyeball and it slowly sinks downwards, you can look up and it moves it up again to float down, this might be what the other poster has confused with "floaters".

I see it exactly as Wig does. I read somewhere, think it was a book on Shamanism, that it is energy. I also read somewhere else that there's less of it around than there used to be and, because its purpose isn't known, that may or may not be a cause for concern. Could be confusing that last point with something else though!

The light and "stars" you see, especially when standing up too quickly, are caused by increased interocular pressure due to high blood pressure, a rush of blood, or sometimes just a freak jump in pressure. I get them too from time to time.

maybe 'focus' is the wrong word. but i can lie back,as being upright causes them to drift down slowly, stare at the sky and kind of 'look though the sky' instead of focusing on anything and as they drift backward through the vitreous humor toward the retina

eyedocs.us/ahog/id3.html
there is a section on eye floaters with a pic. this is what i see only nowhere near as bad

now about the pinpricks of light. i too get these when standing up fast. it,s kind of a rush. first u feel a little nausea with a slight darkening of your eyesight due to reduced bloodflow to the head n when it returns you get these tiny, bright'almost glowing'white specs flying in all directions for a few seconds.they are very sharply defined n great fun to watch, also after stretching in the morning you can get them too.

now what i do find kinda curious is another phenomenon i see.
maybe its because i,m a pretty relaxed guy now after a few years in a stressful job worried about getting my eyes fried n constantly watching my own floaters. i can drift into a sort of... 'meditative'..is that a word?? state

i can kinda see 'the aura' or as yoda would say' the force' surrounding everything. from a kind of heatwave around living things to a fixed area of two to three cms of haze around man made things

by the way this is not the same as staring at something say like a black screen for a minute or two then you can look at a white wall n see a glowing square..

i,d love to try and see what you see against the blue sky but its too humid n hazy in dubai to get that real deep blue which is perfect for seeing things like the entopic phenom

pps bay the way.I know its off topic but have you noticed that the deep blue sky we used to get in uk is disappearing and the sun is getting less defined. maybe its pollution but i have another theory which is kinda worrying

"during the last decade, the magnetic field of the sun acted like a shield, deflecting the electrically charged galactic dust away from the Solar System. but, the sun's regular cycle of activity peaked in 2001. ,

its magnetic field then flipped over, so that south became north and vice-versa. In this configuration, rather than deflecting the galactic dust, the magnetic field should actually channel the dust inwards."

"INCLUDING METEORS AND ASTEROIDS" DOH!!!!

bsl4doc,

I agree the "stars" "seeing stars" is due to blood pressure, that's why I only see them sometimes when I stand up, and they soon go away, but they can also be seen after a knock to the head.

Seeing stars (for me) are very bright slow moving, and move in any direction but do not change direction they just keep going.

It is very different to the things I see every time I choose to see them, these are *tiny* pricks of light which move *fast*, and change direction and do loop the loops, they are always there, they do not float downwards as Agent T says his do. They can also be out of focus and you can choose to focus in on them.

Agent T,
Your picture shows the floaters, they are too big to be what I see and too few, I see hundreds of these things all darting about, but it is not distracting because I only see them if I stop and choose to look at them.

This quote is from your previous but one link

The entopic phenomenon can be seen especially observed when looking at a bright blue sky. Small, rapid pin-point sparks of light can be seen darting about in the central vision. Some people may think that these sparks are floaters. In reality, they represent white blood cells moving through the blood capillaries of the retina. This is a normal finding, and actually may indicate normal retinal function.

This does describe the phenomenon, but it does not say why you can focus in and out on them, it does not explain why they never follow the same paths, and why they turn 90 degrees and shoot off in another direction. As I said earlier I think they are just guessing at what it is.

I am inclined to believe that it is an energy of some sort and it is external to the eye, it could for example be the human aura. but I am yet to make any headway into prooving what it is or is not.

Wikipedia has this
en.wikipedia.org...

And it says

Scheerer's phenomenon is distinguished by the appearance of multiple, identical-looking bright dots that follow each other rapidly along the same path. Floaters are variable in appearance; although they sometimes are dots, they often have the appearance of threads or shreds of crumpled cellophane. Floaters remain almost stationary or drift slowly and do not follow well-defined paths..

Not as far as I am concerned they don't, i.e. they don't follow one another along well defined paths.
