needing some help here

Okie, I have an issue. First of all if anyone is knowlegable in the engineering of jeep grand cherokees that would be helpful and a u2u would be appreciated.
Now for the point of this thread. I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee laredo ltd 5.2 liter V8. My jeep which was purchased about a year ago is malfunctioning. Recently we found out that it had a security system, but we have no idea how to turn it off. It was disengaged before by going into the fuse box, unplugging the battery and letting it reset itself, but that doesnt seem to be working anymore.
So if anyone has any ideas on what I might be able to do I would be highly appreciative. Ty muchly.
