Having a greater level of energy for healing, telekinesis, etc., technically means having a more powerful Gift than one of Discernment.

You're right about that.

However, when it comes to a Gift of Discernment, it isn't the power level that matters; it is the purity, sincerity, and objectivity of the energies. That's where the discarnate Saints come into play. To have a Gift of Healing, one does not have to channel energies from the Higher Realms which are purer than that of common spirits or subangels in the Lower Realms and that of the angels of basic spirituality in the Mid Realms. That is a key difference between having a Gift of Healing/Telekinesis and having a Gift of Discernment.

To have a Gift of Healing is to have a powerful Gift, depending upon the size of the Group Entity. The more powerful GE's who supply healing Gifts can also use that energy for telekinesis and even the manifestation of matter to a small degree. It all boils down to how much energy is involved.

To be totally objective: the Gift of Manifestation is the most powerful Gift of the Spirit, as it takes more energy to create matter than it does to bend/break eating utensils or to perform Reiki-style healings, be they in-person or absent. Those with a Gift of Manifestation also have a Gift of Healing and Telekinesis, and this includes the occasional ability to teleport small objects.

If one is referring to a Gift of Healing that can manifest internal organs, eyes, limbs, etc., then that is also a Gift of Manifestation

All this business about setting up a telepathic link between the healer and the patient over a distance is largely irrelevant, as the force that is truly doing the healing is in the Spirit anyway - ergo the term Gift of the Spirit. The healer is just a conduit who puts in the order, so to speak, not the actual initiator of the energies directed from The Light.

I agree that it is important to learn how to heal oneself.
