What, Eat a lot of chicken ?? Thats useless.......

There are special protein packs, injections and even tablets that you get that would double or triple your protein intake per day. These are the ideal sources of proteins, ask a doctor to prescribe you these things. Also testostrone boosters are okay but what you really need are steroids, and serious ones at that. Testostrone boosters were taken in the old days when people didnt have anything better. There are a lot of complications of testostrone boosters and also it doesnt help muscle buildup in any significant way, unless of course you are what I call a " he-woman".

IF you cannot find protein packs and stuff, you shoudl try raw eggs without the yoke in them. Take about 4-5 eggs in the morning raw and that should be enough for a day, depends on the type of body and also workout.

Bottom line if you want to do greater reps with greater loads to build those inches fast you need steroids and healthy doses of them too.

Steroids are impossible for me to find. Chicken is suppose to have protein, isn't it?

dude wtf dont use steriods or any of that crap. Why dont you go do some weighted pullups, weighted dips,squats,and end it with some intense up hill sprinting...go heavy for about 8 weeks 3 times a week and come back here and tell us what happend...there just eat right and i bet when u go back to your lifts you will see that this type of training has gone over your barrior and you have gained some considerable size and strength...

8 weeks there just do it...each week add 5-10lbs and go for 4 sets of 6-8 reps or more, for sprints just do 2 sprints uphill then one sprint going from behind uphill.every two weeks ad one sprint to your workout...there that will probably get you through any type barrir in size and strength, dont forget to work the abs.

haniging leglifts---10reps
hanging knee lifts---5reps
hanging leglifts---10
hanging knee lifts--5
lying 6inch leg raise--30reps
situps---35
crunches(fast)---25

there you probably will get some ripped strong abs after that.

the thing that i dont get is why do bodybuilders and fitness freaks allways take the yoke out of the egg, i mean its all protein why not eat it all...it just seems liek a wast of food...eat the whole egg god...

I recommend eating meat, fruits, and vegetables, but I find myself eating alota junk, too! I would eat chips, cookies, and candy for a month, then I would go on a vegetable only diet for one month! lol. I have to admitt: I HAVE AN EATING PROBLEM! I can't stop eating. But whenever fruits are available, I do my best to choose them instead of ice cream. Today is mothers day and I'm gonna eat alota junk, but tomorrow, I will eat more wisely. Hopefully the military will teach me to eat better.

By the way: DON'T TAKE STEROIDS! It will mess you up and make you sound like a cheater! You are born with a human body! How you make the body is up to you! You can be fat, skinny, or buff. You can live long or live little.


Heres a diet if you want it:

Breakfast: A small bowl of non sweet cereal, a banana and a glass of milk

Lunch a soup, preferably soup with chicken and rice, mmmm

Dinner: a piece of non greasy chicken beef, or lamb, a piece of rhye bread and potato, mashed or cut ( I hate mashed, so I cook it in the microwave and then cut it.) 2 tomatoes and 1 cocumber or 2 pieces of big broccoli and some spinache (you can mix different vegs depending on which ones you have.

Limit deserts and fatty foods to weekends and holidays.

PS: Don't starve yourself, man!!!

Hey, Russian soldier, you need to check out kettlebells, and Pavel Tsatsouline. he is a former guy of the Soviet Spetsnaz. I am not sure if he literally is a former Spetsnaz soldier or a trainer of them, but he is a nationally-ranked Soviet kettlebell champ.

Kettlebells are the weights that come from Russia. They are uniquely Russian. I think you will like reading about them.

just follow what Selur Dassom said..

Your 5'8 and 120 lbs and how old are you?
How long have you been working out?

If your younger than 16, don't worry about your size, work on strength. Heavy sets, low reps.
Squats and Dead lifts will make you much stronger all around, if you do them correctly size will follow.
You only need to go by three rules 1.eat 2.workout 3.rest/sleep.

Eat at least 6 times a day.

Work only one body part per week, less is better for your body type.
example: don't do chest legs or back twice a week.

If you can get whey protein, use it in the mornings and after your workouts, your body craves for nutrition at these times
Whey breaks down fast into your system. Optimum 100% Whey Protein is great stuff.........

You should post your training routine and training equipment that you use.

steroids will only screw you up.

If you want to bulk up just eat eat eat eat workout eat eat sleep/ repeat.......bulking builds strength and muscle.
You may need to be lazy a bit to gain size. I think less for you is best. Just keep it heavy and hard with low reps and good form.

I sometimes feel like not doing the exercizes, but I force myself. I never miss a day.

What Xphiles has pretty much said it!

When you train make sure that if you do take a day off.....to continue eating lots.....spread your food throughout the day .....your metabolism gets faster, as you put on muscle...so make sure you EAT....even when not training.

To lose the weight (which i'm sure many guys training DONT want)you snack on lots of vegies and the weight does come off...

Cardio workout....bike,treadmill or whatever it is you do, do on seperate times to your weights training....not together.

I asked some of my relatives before I posted this, and they said use steroids. I took one bottle of testosterone boosters and am currently taking creatine (my teacher said creatine). I am not going to die, am I? (BTW, I did this before I posted, but it won't take the muscle that I have already built up away, will it?)

Stay off that stuff. Trust me. Your health will go bad. Steroids are bad!!! Otherwise they wouldn't be illegal! Just pump the iron, unless you are lazy and wanna cheat.And THAT isn't cool, either. Steroids will ruin you. You don't have to listen to me if you don't want. See for yourself.

i am no body builder but if its one thing i know about its strength. I train under the basic school of powerlifting or strongmen. I am not as huge or crazy as those guys, however, you get very very strong from training in this way. I suggest looking up a training method called "russian west side training." also EAT if your not eating you will not make any gains in strength, infact i feel since you seem to have a fast motabolism, (correct me if im wrong), i would seroiusly eat as much as you can and if you dont care about anything but stregth, eat anything and everthing with an emphasis on carbs and protien. If you have any questions about anything feel free to u2u me.

ps. although i am not russian, if you meet someone who is russian and seems to know their stuff....listen to them lol! russians have strength down trust me.

What excercises do u do in the weight room? If u can tell us we can help u better. Good eating is key, try whey protein in a shake. Also drink lots of milk as well.
