Did Superman just killed his friends and teamates?

I don't know whats going on in those comics. This pic is supposedly the front cover of Infinite Crisis #6. I was wondering why it shows that. However my mind tells me that Superman is being mind control. I don't have time to read every comic that exists. And whats with the suit? Enhancement? Or just a change of costume?

I’m sure that the answers to your questions are complicated though.

That is definetly Superboy Prime, If you notice he's wearing a weird Armor.
One thing i can say for This Crisis , there are some truly beautiful covers coming out of this!
