Lake Van Monster - First Shot

Topic started on 7-4-2006 @ 06:18 AM by Gemwolf

OK, due to Springer's recent call for articles, I decided to give it a shot, using one of my favourite "pet" topics. This is the result:

tinwiki.org...

I would love to get some feedback and suggestions. And please point out those Grammar mistakes...

Second, is it possible to show pictures and not just link to them as external links?

Err... I see W.O.S. were supposed to accept the article. Sorry, where did I miss that step?

Oh, and somewhere I saw that you can/must add your sig to the article. How/where do you add that.

Ok, please just don't hit me in the face. Take it easy. It was my first try.

Hi,

I would appreciate if you could provide a link for the image or video photage. Somehow the link on the web page you suggested, doesnt work.

Thankyou.

What a tease. You say there is a pic of the monster, and put links in, but they don't work. That's kind of evil gemwolf.

I'm sure the External Link to CNN's site at the bottom work. I tested and retested it...

I fixed the links to the Images. I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how to insert a picture so that it isn't a link, but the actual picture.

Edit:

LoL! Yeah, sorry about that! It should be fixed now.

Good entry Gemwolf. I'd like to see some bigger pictures, or someone who knows what they're doing analyze these and try to figure out what it is.

Thanks for the information.

Could not find too much information on the net. At first glance it looks like a hippopotamus...however i havnt found any supporting evidence to confirm my belief.

Hope i find something....

I added an enlargement of a screenshot... Not the best quality, but got to use what I have.

@Knowledge23
We pretty much explored the idea of it being a Hippo here:
www.abovetopsecret.com... ... I strongly doubt that it was/is a Hippo.

almost looks like tiny propeller at the aft-left point in the last few frames,

all the water disturbances...an the direction of the craft/being appear to be linked with the water disturbances...

anyone else see?

Good work Gemwolf Lots of good information and formatting.
The only thing I would recommend is removing the introductions header.
Still keep your into but you don’t need a header for it.

Edit:

Oh, and somewhere I saw that you can/must add your sig to the article.

That is only for talk pages.
