Did you see this article about how scientist can now use implants to control objects. Currently the the implants are not wireless but plans are in the works to do so. They even mention about being able to utilize this concept for military use. There is a link below that describes the implants.

The Air Force had a program that used brain waves to fly a planes (This is well known.) because you need your hands to run all the other stuff. It wasnt a popular program because people had to be trained to use things. The government doesnt like to have to train people to use things and some of the people in the armed forces are jar heads.

This is nothing, in terms of current capabilities. With the proper implant, one can remotely control a living organism's observable behavior from miles away.

Are these the same guys that (a couple of years ago)used the internet to transmit a monkey's brainwaves over the internet to move a robitic arm 1000 miles away?
