Mariah Carey dresses like trailer park trash

Everytime I see her on TV or in a magazine she's wearing next to nothing with her rolls hangin' out. Is that supposed to be sexy? Did I not get the memo? She always looks like she should be workin' the street corner.

It just goes to show you that all the money in the world can't buy class.

I think what you have to also remember is that she does not dress herself,
She is given a style and its made in to a *her" look,


She is also a icon in the R&B world, but also respected in the Hiphop world, and her style represents that in a certain way,

I like the way she dresses shes a diva and heck why not!

mariah dresses like that because that is what society and you men expect from her.

She doesn't get as trampy when doing her regular everyday stuff, I've seen pics of her in jeans and tshirts, these types of images are set up for her to have that pin up look so her fans can drool over her.

that being said, she's insane.

C'mon, there's no need to be jealous. She is a performer, she has to look the part.

Mariah ten years ago could have pulled it off. Now she looks like a middle aged prostitute trying to keep up with some trend...kinda sad really. Don't get me wrong, I would definately not turn her away, but after you hit a certain point in life it's time to throw the hoochie shorts out and cover it up. Plus she really is nuttier than a # house rat.

yes they can look trashy and yes as these women age they, and their stylists, should recognize that very important factor when dressing up and sending themselves out into the world.

But look around U today, I see this and other tasteless get-up's modelled by most, if not all, celebrities today. Especially in these 2's industry and the genre they "do". It's supposed to be ghetto fabulous meets glam diva ... and well, most of the time it just doesn't work ... unless your Beyonce

Well to be honest anyone in that industry cannot win.

If they dress trashy to make their music sell they get branded as a prozzy tart etc.
But if they dress down they are classed as a tramp and the magz just JUMP and rip them apart.

But lets turn the tables!

The men of the industry can wear ANYTHING and be branded a "playa".

But the way men sell their music is by their music video's with women pouring all over them and use your imagination.
For some reason kids think "wow i wanna be that when i grow up" and by the cd.

Sad but true a woman must show as much flesh as possible to go any where *now days*

Years ago it was pure talent... now it is.... flash and show how much money you have!

Mariah does look good for her age... i have to give her that!

Also... Jlo has butt injection to keep it looking BIG and she wears a butt lifter.... give them both their dues... they look good...
