Does water have memory?

One day theoretical science will no longer have doubts about water's memory while high tech specialists will be making "water" computers controlled by telepathy

While I have no doubt of the formation of complex shapes made only of water due to its polarity, but this is hard to chew though while its not to much of a stretch for water to retain a sort of memory due to its surface tension it would only last for nano seconds. While I haven’t researched in to the 2 Dr.’s described, but it sounds to sci-fi especially the part of water knowing our emotions. Besides look at the main sight a far cry from a good site lol.

I donno about the new age stuff, but I do know that some experiments in the lab are suggesting that water has a homeopathic memory, although, no one understands how this occurs yet, if indeed it is not a systematic lab error. If there is homeopathic memory in water, it could have interesting reprocussons for chemistry.

This is old news i remember seeing a program probably Horizon on BBC 2 about this and one scientist was working on this and that was like 8 years ago, he said water had memory if you touch it, it would remeber your dna or other info or something and he was working on recoring onto water through magnetism or something.

hmm.. the human body is 80% water... makes ya wonder.

and how about making a gigantic supercomputer out of the worlds oceans..

Words "angel" and "devil" form structures that are similar and completely opposite at the same time.

Hmm could this be cause both are 5 letter words.. or maybe it depends on wich emotion your using when saying the word.. so if you say angel with fury or devil quite happily it would then alter the equation ?

Anyway.. i dont know if i buy this, how long would water memory work ?
