Is there any way I can modify my banner <<<<. As you can see I have a picture displayed.. I just don't want it repeated over and over again and the text is over the pic which is v.annoying.. can someone help plz!!

how do you remove the background image then? what size file can you use as an avatar?

You can remove your background image by deleting it from your upload center.

You still see it because it is in your cache. To clear your cache, go into your browsers options.
Alternatively you can bypass your cache:
IE: hold Ctrl while clicking Refresh, or press Ctrl-F5
Firefox: hold down Shift while clicking Reload,

Another way to get rid of a background image is to buy one, but don't enter a file name (effectively buying a blank one).
