If your refering to the Methanol cloud (Which you most obviously are), no it's not a cloud of salvation, Methanol is toxic to us, it's ethanol that we drink as alcohol.

Also, if the Earth passed through it, well I don't know but we might end up being flooded out by poison alcohol.

hmmm, asteroids loaded with gold, all the alcohol you can stand, is space a frontier we are ready for?

Time to start partying and going after some of that stuff in my opinion.

Of course someone will have to first figure out the alcohol logistics which would involve safely and economically transporting the alcohol back to Earth. Just imagine what would happen if the Earth passed through a massive cloud of beer.

Ok, I'm being serious now. It's great that so much alcohol has been discovered in space. I suppose a star may form from all of this alcohol and perhaps some stars have already formed.
