Is it any good? Many people say that it is stupid because of the slugs, but it has zombies AND aliens. I need an opinion

Best movie of the year.

Its got the guy who played "Mel" in Serenity, and hes got alot of one-liners. Its got the sleezy guy from "Paycheck" as the sleezy mayor. This movie is hilarious. Its pretty low key, low budget (?) but well done.
