Did anyone see the "Gremlins" movies? I think that was the name... those round furrballs that rolled, and had sharp teeth, and liked beer... in one movie they come to the planet by spaceship which crashes, some cargo craft.. when I think about it, that looks a lot like what NASA just tested over australia, and what is also said to be the Aurora design. I could be mistaking, but it had the same overall features with the intake/exhaust/propulsion system, etc... That film was from what.. the 80's? kinda strange then, eh? hehehehe


Can anyone find a pic of that thing right before it crashes?

It was Critters actually. Stuporcheesy movie.
I liked the ship though.

Hope this helps? It doesn't look like any rendition of "Aurora" that I've seen, though. Perhaps, because I've yet to see a verifiable positive I.D.

Ok.

It was the flat nose shape and the underside that I remembered.
