One can (14.75 oz) salmon, NOT drained
1/2 cup cream (you can use milk...I use cream for fewer carbs)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine ingredients, place in 5X9 loaf pan (I usually spray cooking spray in it, easier to clean up afterwards), bake for about
1 hour.
I'm eating some right now, and my son seems to like it.
