Well, I'm proud to say that I made it through the week with both of my ears intact.



The two "Jades" (Nouvelle-Orléans & Edouard 72) were/are FANTASTIC! T.A. Breaux is a very talented individual.

I can't wait to try Lucid (another Breaux creation) when it hits U.S. markets!

Lush/connoisseur; it's really quite a fine line, isn't it.

As to your question... yes they are, but I'd say that calling Gothica & Strong 68 "Absinthe" is akin to calling MD 20/20, or Night Train, "Wine".

Don't get me wrong, at 32.90 EUR & 29.90 EUR respectively, they're not "cheap" (especially with the current, weak, conversion rate of the U.S. dollar); however, after you've tasted quality Absinthe... they're merely "swill".
