i am new and wanted to know about the Really above top Secret

Hi everyone. I am brand new, have been coming to this website ahwile, but just recently became a member. I wanted to know how to become part of the "really above top secret". It said something about a monthly fee and I just didn't know where to look. It is probably a stupid question, but if someone could please answer my question I would be greatful. Thanks.

On the top right there is the memCENTER button. There you will find where you can purchase access to Really Above Top Secret (RATS).
It doesn’t involve real money, just ATS points.

um ive been here a while but....i have no idea about avatars. hahah how do those things work.

Your Question was a good one by the way! I too was wondering, about the really Top Secret threads, so its not money but points we need to join that, I see, but can someone tell us what kind of secrets, & topic's can we expect?
And how many points is it to join did you say?

There's not much in there that isn't on the boards in some way. The idea of RATS, as i understand it, a place to post topics that search engines like google can't see. The points fee(s), i think, are a way to keep out trolls mostly. Plus it gives you something to works towards.

It's 5000 points initially with a monthly fee of 250 points.
