well flash movies are saved in your internet cache, the folder where everything
else goes. they are the SWF files. you can copy them to your desktop from
the cache folder. BUT, if they are streaming flash movies then I dont know
of how to copy them, ussually those are tv shows or broadcasts of somekind.

There are two Flash-saver programs that I've tried...

EZ Save Flash EZ Save Flash is an Internet Explorer add-on, that enables you to save Flash (.swf) files in just one click.

It's not free, and not user-friendly. I won't recommend it!

There's also a plug-in from UnN solutions.

I haven't tried this one yet, but I do use their stand-alone program.
It lets you browse your cache and save swf files to a different location on your hard-drive. It crashes from time to time, butI'm happy with it in general. Oh, and it's freeware.

Just be careful where and when you use flash files, as most of them are copyright protected.

Happy flash saving!
