There are two Flash-saver programs that I've tried...
EZ Save Flash EZ Save Flash is an Internet Explorer add-on, that enables you to save Flash (.swf) files in just one click.
tomdownload.com
It's not free, and not user-friendly. I won't recommend it!
There's also a plug-in from UnN solutions.

I haven't tried this one yet, but I do use their stand-alone program.
It lets you browse your cache and save swf files to a different location on your hard-drive. It crashes from time to time, butI'm happy with it in
general. Oh, and it's freeware.

Just be careful where and when you use flash files, as most of them are copyright protected.
Happy flash saving!
