Is the Sukhoi S-62 program for a high altitude long endurance UAV still underway?

I think it even can not fly, and will not fly ever as so many other aircraft Sukhoj made. Think about the such unembalanced lift......

I see no problems on it flying;
Its entire front section is a lifting body (?) and with FBW it shouldn't be a problem to make it work.

Emile, I agree with Northwolf, the front section is all lifting surfaces, not unlike the Darkstar or Bird of Prey. whether it will ever fly due to funding is a far bigger issue since Sukhoi definately do design aircraft that can fly.

How big would that be in reality... That look like a big model...

It has a wingspan of 50m so it's much much bigger than say the Global Hawk. The Global Hawk has payload limitations which prevent it doing a role with 360 degree radar coverage etc - hence the US's "Sensorcraft" project and various works by Scaled Composits.
