Tritium is a radioactive form of hydrogen that has many uses as diverse as glow-in-the-dark keychains and toys to hydrogen bombs.
A Canadian company just sold a few light bulbs to Iran.

I really don't see the big deal with this, not enough to strain the relationship between the U.S. and Canada.

Afterall, if there's a tyranical country in the world, I'm sure the U.S. at one time or another had a hand in arming it a lot worse than that.
