These two definitely rank with the worst, in my opinion.

Elf

Bad Santa

1st: Bobby Deerfield a crappy Al Pichino movie about a grumpy race car driver and a girl whose hair is falling out.

2nd: Star Wars Episode 6, 1, 2 or 3 Lucas sells out to marketing and toys

3rd: Van Helsing

AI - overlong, terrible acting, waste of CGI.... hated it.

Before that, The Jewel in the Nile took the biscuit for many years as one of the crappiest, laugh-free 90 minutes I ever spent. Can't remember why I went to see it...

but I'm forgetting Evolution, a film whose marketing campaign (the smiley face with three eyes) delivered more laughs (total: one) than the entire movie, which also made me begin to personally loathe David Duchovny, towards whom I had previously been well-disposed.

And I don't mind dumb movies - unlike some posters here, I quite enjoyed the slapstick elements of Weekend at Bernie's.

Wishmaster 2
Wishmaster 3
Wishmaster 4

These movies were.....awful! Especially the 4th. I thought the first one in the series was alright though.

I'm going to say Videodrome, with James Spader.
If anyone disagrees can you explain what the hell this film is about and I might change my mind.

Batman & Robin, Dare-Devil (the emo super-hero movie) are the two worst films I ever sat through in the theatre.

I'm sure there's worse out there, but these two were like getting kicked in the nuts for 2 hours and they expected you to say thank you for it.

Napolean Dynamite

I bought the DVD and couldn't even get thru half of the movie before I put it in the "never will watch again" pile

At the risk of being publicly flogged, my choices are as follows:

Rocky Horror Picture Show - I still don't get the infatuation with this movie.

Little Shop of Horrors - what a waste of some talented funnyguys.

and, more recently, Sideways...what a pretentious piece of garbage.

Death Tunnel

Wolf Creek

Absolutely the worst films ever made.....don't even try to argue with that....

Some other really bad movies I've seen:

Darkness

Darkness Falls

Gummo
Ya.....Gummo.....well what do I say.....this one was just horrid.

Single White Female 2: The Psycho
I saw the first one so I thought I'd give this one a try. It was to much like the first. I think I almost fell asleep during the movie.

Out Of Time
I found this one to be pretty boring. There wasn't really anything I hadn't seen in this movie that I hadn't seen before. I just didn't think there was much to the movie.

Don't you mean James Woods? With an attention span like that no wonder you didn't understand the movie.

Anything with Colin Farrel sucks the big one. I won't waste my time even NAMING his films.

'The Pacifier'. Vin was ONLY cool in the 'Chronicles of Riddick'.

'The Neverending Story' was cool when I was a kid, but I watched it recently and I was glad when it DID end.

'Legend' starring Tom Cruise, see above.

'Kill Bil'. It sucked to me. What are you going to do?

'Cars'. Disney pooped this onto my television screen 3 nights ago. I fell asleep half way though and woke up to a brown, dripping screen.

'Universal Soldier' was only cool because there was guns in it.

The list could go on and on, forever.

I will not give any more time.

Death tunnel
IMDB review
the hype , trailers etc make it to look like a good film but the film itself is so bad
it's funny.
