"lucid induction cd" help...

i legally downloaded this track for the purpose of having a lucid dream...

the problem is, i cannot fall asleep with it playing...

can anyone add about 45 minutes of just silence in the begginng of this track so that i could fall asleep and then the track could play???

then, i could hopefully have a lucid dream the easy way

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Google Brain Wave Generator. There are some programs that are free that induce lucid dreaming. Simply add one of these to the beginning of your CD. I know of one in particular that always puts me in the proper state after about 20 min.

with this program (i just downloaded it), which "builtin" should i use (for a lucid dream) and is there a way to add it to an ipod???

also, i would still enjoy a fix to my original problem

ats member "yarcofin" is trying to assist me, and any other help would be great...

i found some interesting files that may help me...

one problem:

how can i put them on my ipod / make them playable on WMP or something similiar???

the files are "brainwave generator files"...

any ideas???
