Well could you at least tell us how 10,000 of us should dress
when we all storm the base?

Dress casual, Sarge.

Thanks to SgtCamo and ajsr71 for their support. Their statements about me are accurate.

Apologies to Simon for stirring up a ****storm.

Thank you.

SgtCamo

I can appreciate your allegiance to Shadowhawk, after all, I have to stand tall aside my fellow ATS'ers every day in the eyes of those who think we are fools.

Let's just keep things civil and not get into stupid arguments about these kinds of things, we are after all on the same side!

Agreed. Let's keep things civil. Perhaps let's start by
removing the stolen, copyrighted photographs posted
on this site. Those photos are in violation of US and
international laws. I pointed that out to the ATS staff
privately, so as to avoid bringing it out on the lists,
yet no action was taken by ATS.

I'm certainly not on the side of violating the law
of the land or the ethics of good reporting.

Sarge, every forum in the entire internet does this. The US Govt cant prosicute everyone considering how many people do it.

No can we please stop going off subject? This really isnt the thread to talk about this...

Foxe - You can discuss whatever you like in whatever thread you like.
You're also free to pull the ridiculous rationalization that
"everyone else does it so it's ok". That's nonsense.

The websites and individuals that own the rights don't do it.
And endorsing/encouraging young investigators that do it
is very, very wrong.

Comments like "just let 'em try and sue me" that were made
by one of the copyright violators as well as comments like
yours "they can't possible catch everyone" are the height
of irresponsibility.

They can't possibly catch all the drunk drivers or murders
either. But that hardly makes it acceptable practice.

Do the right thing in your reporting. Do good, verifiable,
honest research. Not just stealing someone else's
copyrighted material.

Do the wrong thing, and you have zero credibility.

SgtCamo, I was not supporting people who broke those laws. I depend on those laws for my stories and game development to stay origional. My point was, you can't stop them all. In short, quit complaining to them and just report them if you see them as a threat to a right... no matter how many you argue with, there will be thousands more doing it. Thats all I was meaning.

I'm just gonna stop posting in this thread, its gotten way off the subject...
