In creating an artificial environment that involves possible posts from a time traveler that foretells future events, one of the concerns was an
overall accuracy of the environment... the thread.
Our astute members discovered the "possible game nature" of these posts, and many of the posts, much sooner than anticipated.
The "artificial environment" of aged threads needed a degree of contextual accuracy. In the case of the thread titled, "Mr. Berg", the response
from the first member replying "hello, goodbye" in the assumption (within the artificial environment of the aged game threads before the
assassination) that the thread author would soon be banned. This would have been a reasonably accurate response.
In vetting this game, we didn't anticipate the post would cause offense. For that I apologize. The intent was/is to create a challenging puzzle based
on the themes discussed on ATS, and reward a member.
