I'd say , the best thing would be just the 1st day of the month , each month , any month PERIOD !

and on the HOUR , for a full minute or two , that way everyone in their own timezone gets a crack at it
especially if they missed an hour , they can try again at the top of the next hour [ use the world clock on internet for time ]

No I haven't seen anything truely out-of-the-ordinary, nothing that proves to me beyond a reasonable doubt. Not even speaking to me in my dreams.

I'll keep everyone posted, but I think things have died down now. No unusual events today.
