Entry deletion ability

G'day, I was trying to figure out how to delete the 'Sumpage' entry at www.tinwiki.org... , but can't find the delete button anywhere, nor any documentation on how to do so.
How do I do this?

Users do not have the ability to delete.

SO created that page for a demo so I don’t know if he wants it deleted or not.
