Is the referencing function working?, page 1

Check out the code for the MKUltra entry in tinwiki. The function doesn't seem to be working.
I read the Wikipedia entry on proper citation and source referencing and I can't see what's wrong with the MKUltra entry.
Could someone please look it over and find out why the references aren't working properly, then post what they did to fix it in here so that the rest of us can learn.
