You're welcome.

Go to your memCenter and use the Member Upload to put the file on ATS's server. Be sure to copy the provided URL, you'll need it to post the image to thread.

The file is only 23K. I think the default upload space is 100K. Perhaps you need to remove a file or so to free up space.
