Milosevic's Death, cant be just a heart attack?

There goes more answers to the Crimes committed.

A simple heart attack is the probable cause of death.

FORMER Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic died of heart failure, according to a preliminary autopsy report, the United Nations war crimes tribunal said today.

The tribunal did not give a cause for the heart failure and said a toxicological examination had still to be carried out.

I dnt think he died of an attack. Some believe that he was poisened. Has anyone heard anything else
