LOL, I don't remember starting this thread, but I also didn't wake up with a hangover. That means the advice must have been good, thanks fellas. ...I had way too much last night....

The best thing for a hang-over is preemptive action.

Drink a # load of water before you go to bed. Also, eat some bread/pretzles. Last, but not least, take some advil etc before you go to sleep.

When you wake up, keep drinking water.
