wow, I did not know that trolls had their very own site. Must be tough being so popular and all.

In an aside, boy those Masons sure do get around...

Not to worry...this is an easy mystery to solve!! It has happened to me many times...

When it has happened to me before and when It said 'subject already exists' that was because I accidentally pressed the 'new thread' button instead of the 'post reply' button, when trying to get the grey box to reply.

So, do you see how if you accidentally press the wrong button, then the system thinks you are trying to start a new thread using an existing name?

And, I know for myself it is so easy to get the two buttons confused, especially in the morning before I have had my java.

I don't think it's any specific forum; to me the symptom is the same though: Write a post; click post; says "message posted" but no post exists.

Then if you go back to do it again it says "subject already exists".

It's infrequent...but happens off and on.

That's happened to all of us, you clicked on 'New Topic' instead of 'Reply' by accident, then when you try and post it there is nothing in the title, so the board can't handle it and it's lost.

EDIT: I didn't notice someone else had already said that, sorry!

LOL, you can get a bug anywhere. Even Microsoft Windows is notorious for crashes. So what's the big deal? I sometimes get a bug even in my noodles!
So don't get bugged dude, just chill.

Crafting A Conspiracy

You know, it's amazingly easy to contact and get answers from the staff around here. For a board this size, that's not too shabby.

If members are having trouble posting, this forum is available, and for more personal service, don't forget the "Suggestion" (formerly "Gripe/Idea") button at the top of the page.

As for David Icke, I've heard things, and he sounds like an interesting guy. Guess I should go check out that forum.

With respect to "board wars" and all that sort of tribal stuff, my question is: why?

Seems to me that while we may not agree on everything, people who share the conviction that we shouldn't believe everything we're told have more in common than not.

This business about masons running ATS reflects a gross misunderstanding of what this place is about.

For those suffering from the effects of disinformation regarding ATS and masons, I recommend perusing this thread, and if that doesn't help, there are over 500 threads in which the issue comes up in some form or another.

What makes this sort of thing so sad is that all people have to do to educate themselves about ATS is read what is publicly available on the subject and decide for themselves.

Rumormongering and slander are contrary to the principle of Denying Ignorance, and great habits to get out of for those who prefer fact instead of fiction.

Wierd I know.

Heh, that's funny. Most of the people I have met here are very anti-mason. There have even been many posts telling masons to quiet down or they'll all get banned from the forum, or something along those lines.

Saying that because we have a Secret Societies forum, we belong to secret societies is sort of like saying we are terrorists because we have a forum on 9/11.

I love all the comments, "that site freaks me out" or "I get a creepy feeling on that site" like ATS is a haunted house or something. There is nothing scary about the ATS layout, they are truely insane.

This one got to me the most:

wow you just found this out it's been obvious that david icke is a illuminati puppet the only people still following him here are nerds or cultist who find a excuse for a comfert zone because they lack there own religion.

Posted by 'Cade Foster'

They're so paranoid that they don't even trust Icke himself. Then why are they in his forum??? hahahahaha. Ironically they have the signature "The reptilian slayer" and an illuminati-esque display picture. How would they have learned about that without Icke?

This isn't meant to be an attack... this is just me showing my opinion that they are truely sick in the head. This is not an insult, this is a non-biased statement. I wish they would go and get checked out, because they have layer upon layer of delusions and paraonia.

Anybody who has posted on ATS and isn't an arrogant pompus twit knows that it's a great place, period.

Edelweiss Pirate,

Don't worry, the majority of the members are most DEFINITLY not masons, I dispise (maybe that is a bit of a strong word but...) the masonic cults and any other cult that remains secret and/or spreads fear and terror to control the masses.

This site is full with skeptics and debunkers though, much more so than believers but this does creates critical analysis and that is what ATS is all about.

After having spend a year it seems clear to me they are most definitly not CIA operated (unless I am sadly mistaken), At most they could be paid by the CIA but that seems unlikely unless they need a collective hive to study the conspiracy theorist in.

But how come David Icke's website was blacklisted as a CIA site somewhere? and ATS wasn't mentioned? I don't have the URL for this so if an ATS member could help me find this site for Mr. Edelweiss?

And PS, please don't capitalize threads, it's a little obnoxious.

yarcorfin put it far better - but i was just wondering if the irony of the " davide icke forum " with NO david icke has hit them yet ?

i dont mean to mock - but it tells you someting when he comes here - and not to the site named after him

I liked this comment

Icke can't cope with this forum; he is one of them now, not answering questions etc. If you don't believe that then try and experiment, try writing to him and see if you get a reply.

Maybe, like a lot of us - me certainly, David has just got fed up with rude, overly paranoid dickheads that fantasise about the day the world falls apart and they can proclaim themselves 'king'.

It could also be because they were distributing torrents of his material. So basically they were stealing from him and at the same time giving him smiles and expecting him to socialise with them, would you walk into a store and start filling your coat pockets while smiling at the shop keeper and throwing the occasional taunt? Would you exspect the shop keeper to buy you a pint down the pub and have a friendly chat?
Of course not.
And before any says anything I don't personally have any worries about David charging for his material, as in my opinion he is not witholding vital evidence for a criminal investigation and asking people to pay for it, mentioning no names.

EDIT:

Just in case anyone thinks I'm making that up by the way:

because people started questioning him

I bet I know how these bad feelings about ATS started. It is simple. We have David Ike, and there forum being named after David Ike has no sign of him ever showing up.

Maybe the color theme for that site should be green!

I find it increasingly interesting that ATS has become a part of the "Conspiracy Mythos", as it were.

At first, it annoyed me when I'd read these posts on other forums, and even here, with their accusations. And then it occured to me that it's really a compliment in a way. ATS has become so engrained in the culture of Conspiracy that people have begun to see ATS as a conspiracy.

Hiya,

Would have posted before but couldn't. Seems I've now been blessed with the power to post again...

There's a lot of disinfo merchants on this site but some good people too.

However, I don't believe in being careful because I've nothing to fear. And I know all about the Masons because I am have been illuminated and for a few weeks had access to all their knowledge (it's an egregor unified mind thing y'see)

Of course the spooks here (most of whom are masons) will try to discredit me because that's what the voices in their heads tell them to do...

If they refuse the voices they get punished...

Masons, try the truth for a change.

Anyway, the reason I'm posting is because I feel the secret societies forum is looking rather too much like Masons R Us.. And believe me, you really don't wanna join, I nearly did and I was lucky as hell to be able to get out if it before the brainwashing really took hold.

A big shout out if you're 4 Real

A big shoot out if you're a spook
