Why are my posts being refused in Secret Societies forum?

<<  1    2    3  >>

Topic started on 9-3-2006 @ 04:16 PM by Edelweiss Pirate

I have learned a very hard lesson today...

I recently graduated from davidickeforum.com, a great little forum where anything goes and all the knowledge of the ancients and moderns is there for all to see and freely available.. no 'masonic death-cult' membership required.

I came here thinking ... the bigger the better right?

Wrong..

After a couple of interesting posts and an interesting dialogue with a Mason I have been denied further posting in the secret societies section.
Why the heck is that place overrun with masons anyway.. This is a conspiracy site isn't it? What's really going on here?

Anyway...

I have had extensive experience with masons and know far more about them than their own members it seems. Since I am not a member I can discuss their secrets without fear of being murdered.... not so with them, perhaps that's why I've been censored..

I can neither reply to posts or open new threads...

How far does the rot go is my question... is this place a NWO spook factory?

I have no idea what you're talking about.

I wrote the code that manages this site, and it's simply not possible to prevent someone from posting on one specific public forum.

What symptom do you get when you attempt to post?

If I click reply it simply jumps to the screen which says your reply has been posted... without posting the reply.. Same for a new thread..

Perhaps the dark arts are being brought to bear... lol

Who knows!

Forum-specific bugs are rare.

Since you've been able to post and reply here without any trouble, you should be able to do the same elsewhere.

So, you haven't even been a member a full day and you claim you are being censored in some fantastical way that the code administrator says doesn't even exist - literally singled out in your special treatment - because you're not a member of the Masons and therefore know more than them about Masonry?

I see.

It looks like the intent was to come here and cause some kind of trouble:
www.davidickeforum.com...

Interesting.

Free and open discussion is seemingly not tolerated everywhere.

Well, that's just simply not acceptable.

Not acceptable at all.

tsk tsk

This is the first I'm hearing of any issues related with an inability for members to post in one specific public forum.

Which forum?

I don't think it's any specific forum; to me the symptom is the same though: Write a post; click post; says "message posted" but no post exists.

Then if you go back to do it again it says "subject already exists".

It's infrequent...but happens off and on.

Could it be that the thread was started without a title? That's happened to me before...

2 cents worth...

I had an issue like this a while back...sometimes the thread title already exist and your thread is automatically erased. It's crazy frustrating. But, all you have to do is pick a different title and that should fix the problem.

ATS is a very advanced message board especially compared to what I've seen of the Icke board. Seems like a lil misunderstanding because of all the shiny lil amenities most of the members here are used to.

Just calm down and take time to read why your thread wasn't posted. It's just a misunderstanding.

Masons and Masons and Masons...oh my!
And you thought WE were paranoid.
