N. Korea ?Accidentally? Fires SAM's at China

Sketchy reports are beginning to come in which indicate that North Korea has loosed two Surface to Air Missiles at China during a training exercise. Current reports indicate that the launches are believed to be accidental. Very little information is available at this time.

A report in Japan says North Korea may have fired two surface-to-air missiles at China today, by accident.

The Kyodo News agency says the missiles were launched near the North's border during a training exercise, although security sources cited by the agency don't know exactly when they were launched or where they landed.

Very strange happenings going on in Asia these days. Considering the fact that N. Korea looks to China for regional military support and arms procurement, this was not the wisest move on that nation's part. It will be interesting to see how/if this story develops.
